WHAT SIZE OF PROJECTS DOES YOUR COMPANY TAKEÂ ON?
Our smallest projects are generally kitchen and bath remodels. Our large projects are complete home renovations and commercial tenant improvements.
DO YOU HAVE PRICEÂ ESTIMATES FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF JOBS?
Short answer, yes, we could give you a ballpark.

Long answer, no, if it's a residential remodel project we will not be able to give a hard bid since we don't know what we'll find when we open up walls and floors!

We always do our best to work with clients and their budget. Since we've been doing this for years and we have extension contacts for sourcing materials and subcontractors we can provide high quality work at competitive rates.

RYAN
Owner
Ryan was born with a hammer in his hand. With generations of construction knowledge behind him and almost two decades of his own, he branched on his own to found Babbit Construction. When he isn't bidding new projects or working with clients he is usually off hiking with his wife Jessica and their dog Indy.
ANTONIO
Tacoma Lead
Antonio is an invaluable contributor to the growth of our business. He has been with Babbit Construction since it was just a two man tiling crew. Now he oversees our Tacoma and Gig Harbor projects.
MIKE
North Washington Lead
Mike is a craftsman and has a true eye for detail. He is currently remodeling his own home in Arlington and manages our jobs between Everett and Bellingham.
HANNAH
Seattle Lead
Hannah is a multi-tasker extraordinaire and efficiently manages our Seattle projects. She ran her own tiny house construction company for five years and is a major asset to Babbit Construction.
