Q & A
Or just reach out, we'll be happy to chat with you about your project.
WHAT SIZE OF PROJECTS DOES YOUR COMPANY TAKE ON?
Our smallest projects are generally kitchen and bath remodels. Our large projects are complete home renovations and commercial tenant improvements.
DO YOU HAVE PRICE ESTIMATES FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF JOBS?
Short answer, yes, we could give you a ballpark.
Long answer, no, if it's a residential remodel project we will not be able to give a hard bid since we don't know what we'll find when we open up walls and floors!
We always do our best to work with clients and their budget. Since we've been doing this for years and we have extension contacts for sourcing materials and subcontractors we can provide high quality work at competitive rates.
WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?
We work with Umpqua Bank to help our clients secure construction loans.
HOW DOES BABBIT CONSTRUCTION SET ITSELF APART FROM OTHER CONTRACTING COMPANIES?
We pride ourselves on our ability to competitively take on a small project such as a bathroom remodel, while also being able to build out a commercial business as well. Our crew collectively has decades of construction experience which gives us the ingenuity to tackle whatever your project requires.
